Mako-chan is the very best friend because when Minako fails to get one of the Starlights to go see a porno with her Mako-chan is willing to go with her. I’m not even reading anything into this, I genuinely think Mako-chan is just a very good friend.

Oh, the eternal question: to save money booking on Hotwire but risk not getting a room with two beds (and possibly the worst rooms in the hotel) or to pay more for exactly what you want.

Mildly-supported intuition as to what I think Amazon’s doing here. Short version: Acquire material for tie-in books they don’t have to adequately compensate for (as greyduck mentions in the comments—also possibly an idea farm for future TV episodes); prevent another Fifty Shades of Grey scenario where everyone makes out like a bandit except the original inspiration/rights holder;...

I think Ami always thinks other people are going to turn out to be queer. Or bi at least. She is always the one making comments to this effect.

They started getting repetitive after the first 2 seasons. :/
Well, yeah. I mean the first two seasons the villains want energy and 3-5 the villains are looking for a particular manifestation of a philosophical concept. But at least in 3 and 4 they are sort of looking for a needle in a haystack with nothing...

Sailor Stars is maybe my favorite season of Sailor Moon but the plot/villains plans don’t really make sense.
